Life should be fun and full of laughter. Adding some joy to your life is like taking a pain medicine when you have a headache. It brings relief and normalcy back to your world. We all need a daily dose of laughter and joy. When we are in a stressful meeting and someone makes an ironic mistake, everyone laughs, and suddenly the room feels lighter. Or, when you watch an intense movie and the comic relief says or does something funny, and amazingly the intensity seems bearable. Life can be heavy and draining but add in a little joy and laughter and suddenly the whole world becomes a lot more bearable.
